The Friendly Computer Club

The Club began in 1992 to provide support for those new to computing who needed some assistance to get started. It has developed into its present friendly forum of mature people who simply want to make better use of their computer.

Had a new computer or tablet or maybe upgraded to a newer model and would like help getting it to do what you want it to do then come and visit us at the friendly club we might be able to point you in the right direction to sort out your problem.

We do not run formal training courses; rather our more experienced members show how they use their own computers and advise fellow members on how to get things done. Guest speakers talk to us on matters of general interest.

New members (and visitors) are always welcome. So come & join us you might be able to show us things we don't know or have that magic tip or shortcut that everyone need's!

The aim of the Club is to assist members by providing demonstrations and problem-solving in a sociable learning environment to help us all acquire, improve and extend our computer skills.
We have a club policy that there is no such thing as a stupid question!
